New Years Goals


Find True Hunger
Lose Weight to weight somewhere from 114 pounds to 119 pounds
Reduce Waist Circumference to 27.5 inches with a 39.5% Waist-to-Height ratio

1/7/13
a.m. weight -  123.2
True Hunger - did not keep track, but ate less that normal, albeit still until stuffed
Exercise -  1 hour a.m. and 1 hour p.m. walking at moderate pace wearing 11 pound weight vest
1/8/13
a.m. weight 122.6
Waist Circumference 29 inches
Exercise - 1 minute walk a.m. wearing 11 pound weight vest. Quite tired from yesterday still
True Hunger
Breakfast - Success! Did not overeat. Stopped before full or stuffed
Dinner - Success! I ate until full/satisfied but not stuffed. About 1/2 of what i expected to eat, interestly enough. (update: Husband lost job today so I stress-ate after dinner)
1/9/13
a.m. weight - 123.6
Exercise - three long, moderately brisk walks.

Breakfast - did great! ate until satisfied, not full
Dinner - over ate a little
After dinner - over ate a lot on fruit, due to staying up past when I was ready for bed to help DH get an interview suit
Lesson Learned: I overeat when I am forcing myself to do things when over-tired, a situation that I used to used coffee or tea or sugar to deal with.

Overate all day. Dove into stress eating. It was actually really uncomfortable, which is good.
